Intro: Personality-Ville's main premise is taking important abstract concepts and bringing them to life for easy and memorable application in your daily life. The number one way we do this is by giving your "internal energy bank" a physical symbol = Treasure Chest.

There are several ways we energize ourselves throughout the day. By putting physical reminders in your Treasure Chest (that you keep near you, such as your desk) and looking at them during the day, it helps to keep you energized and it helps to remind you how others energize themselves.

1. Treasure Chest. You will get a treasure chest that represents your Internal Energy Bank. (specify small, medium, or large size) You may order extra here.

2. Treasure Chest Contents: Energy from several sources. 

Main ways you gain energy:

1. Physical (food, water, sleep, etc.)

2. Internal Energy: determined by your personality style.

3. Words of Wonder: precious words by important people.

4. Jewels of Joy: your unique things that give you joy = energy.

The main way you replenish your internal Energy Treasure, is through your predominate personality style (represented by a Cottage, Observatory, Castle, Circus). Your personality style dictates HOW MUCH energy you naturally have, and HOW that energy is spent and replenished.

Basic Energy Treasure principles: extroverts have more natural energy and get energized by being around people. Introverts have less energy, and get energized internally, by being alone. The reverse is also true. (See Personality Research Page for scientific sources.)

You determine this by taking a personality quiz using Personality-Ville: 13 Clue Cards to Your Personality Treasure. When you are done, you will have your special 13 Clue Cards that point to your predominate kingdom. These 13 Clue Cards will go into your Treasure Chest. (These are just natural personality style traits like how fast you like to do things, how you make decisions, your natural energy level, what bugs you and so on.)
